However, some people decide not to let their dreams be dreams. There are thousands of people in this world that have decided to take on the mantle of a hero, and patrol the streets in effort to end the war on crime. But it's been decades now. And despite their best efforts, the war hasn't stopped. One innocent boy has discovered this. He realizes that you cannot have peace without first having chaos. And so he decides, since they've already been well-introduced to the regular heros, the people are ready for the next level. The level that actually get things done.
