Okay so this is my first book. 

Alex, a 17 year old girl who has a hectic life . Her father is dead... an over stressed mother... and two younger siblings.

Her best friend Peyton is there for her but is getting caught up in her relationship with her boyfriend. This is making Alex the third wheel which adds on to her feelings.

In this story you will go through a "journey" throughout Alex's life ... even when she finally finds a guy she likes...
