Love is like a friendship caught on fire, in the beginning, a mere flame - very pretty. Often hot and fierce, but still a flickering light. Although, street wise and gifted, young Pete lacked first hand experience to fully comprehend this. Dark Chocolate is a sappy romantic short story series from the eyes of a character they'd refer to in Lagos street lingua as a 'JJC'. He is a freshman at the University of Lagos, with a complicated understanding about love and sex. Episode by episode takes you on a thrilling journey with him as he discovers loyalty, friendship, true love, tolerance, forgiveness and even his sexuality. Love, indeed is a beautiful thing, that must not be gotten twisted.
