Early mornings or really really late nights where sleep just doesn't seem to come and the morning creeps up behind you ready to start tomorrow. A cloudy head full of everything imaginable but nothing in particular has blocked the path to sleeping bliss. while waiting for the fog to clear so you can slip off to the land of nod, the clock keeps ticking as the thoughts race faster and faster as if trying to get get to a particular place on a treadmill, they keep going faster and faster without getting anywhere, or in other words everything all at once.

Four Days in Recovery

11 parts Complete

When anxiety and depression hits you like a hurricane, you have tunnel vision. You can't see anything, but what's happening in front of you. You can't think straight, and you can't process what's going on or why this is happening. Then all of a sudden you're stuck, and you get sent away to recover from the battle you've been fighting for so long.
