Scarlet Greenwood doesn't have your usual story. When she was little, she hung around the Lynch's. She was their childhood best friend. She loved being there, she felt more of a family there than her foster home. Now she wasn't split from the Lynch's from moving, or a fight. Scarlet disappeared, no one knew where she went. From age 15 to age 20, she was missing. At age 20 she was found, but pronounced dead. The Lynch's were informed of her death, and they were devastated. Then a year later, the Lynch's question their sanity and wonder if what they see is really Scarlet, or just a figment of their imagination.
