Who are you is about Katelyn Garcia and Cesar Sanchez asking each other who they are. Then Cesar and Katelyn become friends. 3 months later Cesar asks Katelyn if she would be his girlfriend. Katelyn says yes. 3 more months later Katelyn is so done with Cesar that she confesses what he is like and breaks up with him.
