Almost everyone has a little Elemental blood inside of them. But only some people can actually fully control an element.
The government has a secret program that watches over powerful Elementals. The government uses these people to perform deeds for the government. One of these powerful Elementals is Celeste Marks.
And the government has a mission for her.
