When people say ' The only way is up' they missed the end. Lara says ' The only way is up until you fall down and die'. In most cases, the extended one is more applicable. But there are those rare exceptions, but unfortunately, we are not all lucky enough to have that privilege. This tale has powerful people, evil entities, and a whole lot of love. This is a story about a teenage girl, Lara, her feelings and a battle in her mind. Her powers, and her loyalties, as well as rising in the dark world of Vampires. Her mate is also very important, more than either of them knew. This is not a fairy tale or some happy soppy story, this is life. Whether Lara likes it or not. Some things she cannot change, as it is already too late. She is already dead.
