Remember When We Were Young?

Elaine Gordan and Jordy Nelson had grown up together in Riley, Kansas.
they stuck with eachother throughout school, and even attended the same college. But Jordys football interest ends the friendship when he is drafted into the NFL to play for the Greenbay Packers.
Years later, Elaine is in a car accident, putting her into a coma. Word gets around and eventually Jordy finds out. Will Jordy reunite with his childhood friend, or will he blow it off and continue his wisconsin life.
