When Jeff; an insane serial killer, starts hallucinating about his own death, his bloodlust begins running wild, and there's no one who could possibly stop him... or is there?
Jeff runs into an odd woman, meaning to kill her, he finds that he can't do it for some reason. He dismisses it and moves on, but then he starts seeing her more frequently, and ends up being drawn to her.
In the end, Jeffrey Woods is going to have to make a huge decision that may or may not, change who he is forever.
