Destiny and her twin sister, Faith, had always been so close and inseparable, even in youth. When Faith disappears in a tragic boating accident, Destiny becomes depressed and feels as if she has lost a crucial part of herself. The police declare Faith dead and Destiny seems to lose hope until she starts getting visions of her sister, Faith and clues that make Destiny think she was kidnapped.
