"HEY POTTER!" Draco shouted again, running to catch up to Harry. "Um, well I was wondering, do you, like, maybe want to go to Hogsmead with me this weekend?" Draco asked, scratching the back of his neck and scuffing his shoes on the floor.
Harry stopped and contemplated the offer for a few seconds. Obviously, he would love to spend time in Hogsmead with Draco, but other people might not approve of it. And who's to say that Draco won't completely stab him in the back and humiliate him? But Harry decided to take the risk.
"Sure Draco. It would be a pleasure to go to Hogsmead with you," Harry answered, watching Draco's face light up. The nervous boy instantly straightened up and smiled.
Draco surprised Harry with a quick hug and ran off, leaving Harry smiling like an idiot.
It was about time that idiot asked him out properly.

Draco has woken up in an alternate universe. Or he has woken up utterly insane. Nothing else can possibly explain why Harry Potter suddenly seems to think he's Draco's boyfriend. *** "Potter leaned in, his face so close Draco could feel the warmth of his skin. "There's nothing you can't tell me," he whispered, his expression soft, his voice intimate, wrapping around Draco like a warm, alluring spell, urging him to give in, to let Potter pull him close so that he could bask in the protection he offered. For a wild, wonderful second it seemed like Draco could really just tell him. Tell him something was wrong, and it wasn't Draco's fault, and maybe Potter would believe him, promise him it was okay, and they'd sort it out without murders or Azkaban. "It's okay," Potter said as though he had read Draco's mind. As though something compelled him to say whatever Draco wanted him to say. "Just tell me, and we'll deal with it." This was too cruel. It wasn't just a random kiss in a cupboard that only served to remind Draco of what he could never have. This was really much worse. This was Potter behaving in a way that Draco rarely dared even to imagine. He'd only resort to it when his need was dire. When his nightmares were too vivid, and the images refused to vanish even after Draco woke up and opened his eyes. In those moments, his mind trusted only Potter. He was the only one who could convince Draco that it was all right, that he was safe now, that the Dark Lord wasn't coming back. Only Potter could save him from nightmares the way he had saved him from flames. Their foreheads were touching. Potter's skin was warm, the scent of his shampoo too delicious for Draco not to breathe it in. Whichever spell Potter was under, it was definitely contagious. Or Draco really was having a nervous breakdown."

[WARNING! THE STORY CONTAINS TOPICS LIKE SELF-HARM & EATING DISORDERS] It wasn't funny. It wasn't funny that half of Hogwarts thought, Draco Malfoy had a vicious, antisocial personality disorder. The blond boy couldn't believe it. Whoever had spread that rumor needed to get stabbed. Technically it wasn't a rumor, though. Hogwarts was supposed to think it was a rumor, but in reality it was the naked truth. Draco Lucius Malfoy had a vicious, antisocial personality disorder, which wasn't fun for him nor the people that were around him. His character was frightening, vicious, brutal and militant - he was constantly expecting betrayal and punishments, wherever he went. That also explained why he was so tensed and angry all the time. Twisted - that was what would describe it the best. It was twisted. Out of all people, Harry James Potter had to fall for his archenemy - Draco Lucius Malfoy. Harry had heard of the rumor about Draco's personality, the Gryffindor loved the taller blond boy despite his issues. Harry loved everything about the Slytherin. His blond hair, his grey cold eyes, and his pale skin. But as every love-story, this one has to have a plot. Everyone at Hogwarts and in the rest of the world knows that Draco and Harry are archenemies. They can't, I can not stress this enough, CAN'T be in love with each other. Well, the universe desperately wants it to happen, so it has to, somehow. But how in the world will Harry get his archenemy to look at him, in a way that's not negative for once? How will he possibly get together with him? And how's Draco supposed to get together with Harry? He's a pure-blood and therefore can't be in a relationship with Harry James Potter, can he? Well, you gotta read for yourself if they're going to figure out a way or not! Have fun! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ALL THE CHARACTERS AND PLACES BELONG TO JKR!! I AM NOT CLAIMING ANYTHING!!
