"Cleo!" She shrieked. I look back to see Raelynn trapped under a fallen column, quickly catching on fire. I had to help her I could leave her. "Go!" I told the others,"Get out of here!" I run to Rae and lift column will all my strength. She wiggles free, and I sigh with relief and she takes off. I hear a crack and the sound of a column coming down. Next thing I knew I was on the ground. Trapped. All around me fire... I knew it was my fate.

I feel something slam into me, knocking the breath from my lungs. Only it is not the car that hits me; it is a person. He takes the brunt of the fall, rolling under me so that my face does not brush the street, but the force of the impact knocks me out of his arms and I skid across the asphalt into the grass. The car speeds past, flying down the road before disappearing on a turn. I wait in agony until my lungs finally work, and then I roll onto my back and gasp for air. "Are you okay?" Liam's voice is frantic as he crawls toward me. He cups my face in his hands and checks my body for injuries. This time I know I am not imagining things. There are dark wings coming out of his back. I sputter a few fragmented sentences before I can get the words out. "What are you?"Complete

She....I....... I was running through the thick branches, pushing the leaves out of my way with all my might. I had to get away. The wet, brown, ground made it easier for me to slip and let her red, chilling hands slip around my innocent, scarred body, not knowing where she would take me next. I was almost out of breath, but I had to keep running if I wanted to make it out of this forest alive. My red dress was getting torn to shreds, and my hands and feet had mud all over them. My long, bushy brown hair was getting hooked on every possible branch, making me push my hair in the back of my dress, just like I used to when I was forced to cook everyday for my loathsome 'parents'. Returning back to the real world, I had to stop otherwise I would black out. I took a few seconds to catch my breath silently, and to look around to see if she was there behind me. I was looking up at the tall, old tree when I heard a twig snap behind me. Just like in the horror films. I turned and ran in the same direction, not daring to look back and see her wretched face fixed on my body. I sprinted and sprinted, but slowed down when I saw I was heading to nowhere but a ragged cliff. The unknown would me known if I continued to run and jump.
