When Andy fell asleep at night, he was often plagued by nightmares. They often occurred before him and Dave got together, but since they were together now, his nightmares were basically non-existent. Even though he had the rare nightmares, Dave was always right there with him.
One night he was awoke with a start, shaking horribly from the dream he had.
So Dave helps him with some late night cuddles and kisses.
