In exchange for information for her mother's killer, Cherie agrees to work with the drop dead gorgeous Dimitri - emphasis on the dead- until her battle skills are as deadly as him. She is amazed she hasn't ended up as dinner yet - was there even such things as good soul/flesh eaters? Pretty soon, she is a kickass hunter and...
