Edith Rose was raised by nuns. She patiently awaited to be adopted but eventually gave up. At age 14 she was accepted into the sisterhood. At midnight on her 16th birthday something that could not be explained with logic or science occurred which happened to by witnessed by the head nun Mother Meredith. Now Edith is banned from all nunneries, must adjust to life outside of the nunnery, learn the ways of the 21st century and above all else learn what happened to her.
