After the Sailor Wars against Galaxia Sailor Cosmos returned to her own era and continued her battle against Chaos... And Chaos kept winning and winning and winning. How? Why? Cosmos went to the Gates of Time and Space for answers.
Before the Gates were Guarded by Sailor Pluto Chaos breached them and altered the timeline to ensure that it would -- in the end -- win. Only the power of the White Moon stood in it's way successfully, but, even so, the White Moon fell.
The only viable solution that Cosmos could find was to re-weave the bonds that Chaos sundered and to that end she -- with the help of her daughter -- decided to start with Sailor Mars.
On Rei's seventeenth birthday ChibiUsa arranges for her to "accidentally" meet a man named Kumo Tenka.

After 2 major wars against two galactic superpowers, and the Garmillas refugee crisis of 2205, Japan, a part of the Earth Federation, now is seeing true peace. The rebuilding process is happening smoothly, with cooperation between citizens from all walks of life, between the Garmillian refugees and Terrans, and even the famous Shinkansen Maglev system is also rebuilt. However, one day, the people on the land of Japan woke up to a foreign sight. No known constellation, familiar stars, the moon, and neighboring landmass could be detected. Facing them is a planet of unknown, magic, and of possibility. Facing the crisis of transference, the people united once more, and again, the name Japan is re-recognized as a country. Her diplomatic corps is sent out on the rebuilt Japan Cosmo Navy ships, heading toward unknown lands, and contacting the nations of the new world. The politic of the new world however is a quagmire full of arrogance, hostility, and imperialism. This story is inspired by the original NHS and fanfics like Summoning America by DrDoritosMD. It will feature similar plots to the OG NHS and the fanfics by other creators I have the pleasure to read. With this as my first English fanfic novel, please don't be too harsh.
