A Sparrow and a Fox

A scene from one of my stories. Liam and John used to be lovers. When they meet again, John is an alcoholic pimp who has lost custody rights to his only daughter, Raven. Liam is assigned to be Raven's foster father and is a successful band director at a local 4-12th grade school. This is the dialouge between them as they wonder what could've been.
