When Kuroko Tetsuya, a young farmer's boy far away from the populated town, heads out to help the other people during a drought, he comes across a starving child in need. After helping him, the boy disappeared and Kuroko never thought he would meet him again... 

Now, years later, the ruling family of the land has adopted a new heir for the position as king and when this new, mysterious addition, shortly later, finally takes the throne; he throws a celebration for his coronation as king.
