Ryan Martinez is a mess. Not in the sense you're thinking though, because his life is pretty put together. He's a straight 'A' student on his way to becoming Valedictorian ( that is, if Daniel Tran would stop being so damn Asian and actually fail at something), he's got a loving family (with a crazy best friend included) and he goes to a really nice, ritzy private school (via scholarship, of course).

No, the reason Ryan Martinez is a mess is actually really simple: He's a socially awkward walnut who can't handle praise or compliments when they're directed at anything but his academic achievements. The fact that he's very good looking doesn't do anything to help the poor boy. He's also incredibly dense. He's actually so dense that he never noticed the fact that about half the school's population harbors a crush on him.

Oh yes ladies and gentlemen! This list of potential Baez goes from the Senior class President, to the Captain of the football team, to just about every single straight girl at the school. Everyone has tried to win our Ryan's affections and none have succeeded. No one can seem to get passed that huge river called De-Nile that Ryan seems to live in.

So you see what I mean? The boy's a mess! Justin O'Riley is the poor sucker who falls in love with him.
