After one particularly rough day, Will decides that he can no longer take all of the hate and teasing that he goes through on a daily basis. 

Nico Di Angelo, son of Hades [god of the underworld] is a quiet boy that likes to keep to himself. After his sister passed away many years ago, his life has taken a dark turn, leaving Nico to only see the bad things in his life. Nico has very few friends, a half sister that he loves dearly, and a crush on one of his only friends.

But a demigod's life is never easy, and with a new prophecy and a new quest even darker forces are looming over the horizon, threatening to destroy the sunshine that Nico and another half-blood we all thought was gone have finally found. Placed during very beginning of Blood of Olympus/ between House of Hades and Blood of Olympus at the beginning. Then it switches to the end of Blood of Olympus. This is a solangelo story line. I shut my eyes tight as I started to fall, but just before I hit the ground, a pair of strong, but gentle arms wrapped around me, yet again. I opened my eyes to see the Prince's worried eyes as he held me steady in his arms.
