The year is 2038, the world is a very different place than what it used to be. For months, the world has been plagued by natural disasters. This has resulted in a mass extinction of every creature living on the Earth. The human race has been cut down in size, only ¼ of the original population now remain. In this world, life, or perhaps more fittingly, survival is a struggle. Food is scarce, fresh water is hard to find, stores are looted. It is truly the survival of the fittest. Meredith, a sixteen year old girl, her mother and younger brother Eric live in the ruins of New York City. Meredith wants her brother to have a good life, even amongst this turmoil, but things are not as simple as they seem. Eric suddenly starts acting strange. He is not his usual happy, playful self. Once, she saw his lover dying in the future for rejecting a direct order from the government. Rebecca Alingston decides to forcefully transform Dillon into a super robot which will be known as H.O.P.E. As part of her plan, Hope will save humankind and Earth, then later in the future will save her. After the transformation Hope turns out to have a partial amnesia and doesn't remember about his past person. Now he will try to find out who he is and why is he programmed to save humanity. In his journey he finds a friend, Evans an optimist person who will literally change his life forever.
