She's confused with everything that happens but at the end of everyday she ends it with a smile and trys to walk it off. She still has family and friends that care and help her but she doesn't know if she can keep it up, how many more surprises can she take? What will she do with everything that goes on? What's going to happen when she has to go into the real world what's going to happen then?
