17 year old Frank Iero never, ever had it easy. At a very young age, his mother passed away, leaving him with his homophobic, abusive asshole who doesn't even deserve the title 'father'. His luck changes one day when they are forced to move across the country, from California to New Jersey just for his father's job. To say the least, Frank's first impression of his new school wasn't the best considering it wasn't a warm welcome. But, 18 year old Gerard Way is willing to change that.
