Jamie King doesn't have any inspiration. From her gorgeous boyfriend to her loving family, Jamie is living hightail life. But Jamie finds that her life has no meaning, no purpose. 
When new kid Jessie starts to open up Jamie's eyes and help her understand what the depth of what life is really about, Jamie realizes what she's had been missing all these years. 

As Jamie begins to understand the complexity of her life, things start to turn for worst with her so called boyfriend starts hanging out with a her best friend and her father and her mother frequent arguments. 

Jamie must understand that life isn't so perfect and can actually be a little bit painted.
