Tara is just about average. She's about 5'7 she's 19 (yes Ik Andy is 24 but just go along with him being like 19-20 in this) and loves music but what happens when things at home get tough and warped tour is in town? Will she meet someone one there? will a certain band help her? But what happens when that band isn't as normal as she thought.
