So this will be for the 35th Hunger Games... in some aspects, the wounds from the quarter quell are still fresh, well, kinda. Like, pie for three days fresh...so there's minimal sign of a rebellion... but feel free to do anything else! Killing, while important, will not be the only thing that you will be judged for. What would happen if Katniss hadn't won the games? Well the rebellion never happened and the games continued on. This year, it's time for the 4th quarter quell and the capitol has a big surprise for the districts. There will be three games. The first game will consists of district 1-6. 3 males and 3 females will be reaped from each district to participate. 12 of the 36 will move in to a final game. Then the second game will consist of district 7-12. 3 males and 3 females will also be reaped. Again 12 of the 36 will move on to a final game. The final game will consist of the tributes that survived the first and second games. From there the tributes will battle until a lone victor remains. May the odds be ever in your favour...

‘’ Ladies and gentlemen of Panem, for the Pageant of the one hundred and twenty fifth annual Hunger Games, or the fifth Quarter Quell, we have a special treat in store. Here in Panem, we are all depending on something, the Capitol depends on the twelve districts for goods, the districts depend on the Capitol for food and protection but also, the districts depend on each other. To highlight the fact that the districts of Panem are so dependent on each other, the tributes in this year’s Hunger Games will be randomly paired with one another. The pairs will be connected via a new Capitol invention that will mean when one of them dies, so does the other. This will mean that the pairs will have to protect each other, because their lives are in their partner’s hands and vice versa. These special years are called Quarter Quells... and for this year's Quell, the Capitol has created something beyond anyone's imagination. For the seventy-fifth annual Hunger Games, the tributes will be Reaped out of their District's own pool of victors... And only two can win if they are from the same District... Cyra Merison, Alia Fletson, Cato Demeir, and Gale Hawthorne are all Reaped back into the Games for another year to participate in the bloodbath. And this year, not all of them will have the odds in their favour. For Cyra, this year is especially horrific. Not only is she Reaped back into something she loathes, but is also forced to marry someone she hates under the power of President Frost.
