We weren't always the cute couple we are now. Dylan and I actually used to hate each other. He and I were kind of friends because our friends were a couple.
He and I met Freshman year. My best friend Ethan started dating Allison. Dylan and Allison were best friends. We all started hanging out and Allison and I became very close and I started to like Dylan more than I thought I would.
One night we were staying the night at Ethan's house. we started drinking and I offered that we play Truth or Dare. my best friend and her boyfriend has a plan played out for whenever we played truth or dare again.
Ethan ended up daring Dylan and I to pretend to be a couple for the rest of the school year which is nine months.
After a while we started to connect more and we ended up being what we are now. I'm Cassndra Rykes and this is Dylan and I's story.

I said, also starting to blush a little. For 2 minutes the awkward just settled between us, and I swear it was tangible. He broke the silence first, finally meeting my eyes and not staring at his high-tops. "So...", he started and chuckled nervously "Could I get your number?" I stared at him for a second wondering if it would even be a good idea, when he said "I know we don't know each other, but I felt fireworks just now, and even if we don't go on a date, I'd love to see you again."
