Poke-Warriors (A Pokémon and Warriors crossover)

Seasons have passed since the flood that nearly wiped out the four clans, but now, their new warrior code brings them closer and stronger then they have been before. But little did they know of a whole new threat they will face... One that won't take away their lives or destroy their home, but an entirely new existence that no cat, or dog (or badger, or anything else from their world), has ever seen or lived.

Faced with a new world they must survive in, with unknown threats and powers coming at them at every turn, it's up to the four clans to unite once again and figure their way out of this mess that they didn't cause, and do the one thing that they never thought they would imagine thinking of in order to survive:

That is, to trust a strange two-leg and her band of unlikely, unusual, but powerful and protective brigades that are called Pokemon.

Or never see their home, or their world for all living things again.
