Everyday people encounter stressful situations, from the smallest things to the largest. The importance of every situation is how you asses, execute and resolve the problem, but what if you didn't know to confront stressful situations? What would you do? Run and Hide? Talk to Someone? Or avoid the whole situation entirely? This depends on the type of person you are, and how well you have thought through all the possible solutions, this doesn't mean that everyone that thinks about every option given makes the right decision, but its what happens after that matters the most because that determines if you made the right or wrong resolution.
