*I have seen this piece many places, but I do not know who originally wrote this. It is NOT mine the only part of the description I have written is the last paragraph.* The official flower of the military child is the dandelion. Why? The plant puts down roots almost anywhere, and it's almost impossible to destroy. It's an unpretentious plant, yet good looking. It's a survivor in a broad range of climates. Military children bloom everywhere the winds carry them. They are hardy and upright. Their roots are strong, cultivated deeply in the culture of the military, planted swiftly and surely. They're ready to fly in the breezes that take them to new adventures, new lands, and new friends. Experts say that military children are well-rounded, culturally aware, tolerant, and extremely resilient. Military children have learned from an early age that home is where their hearts are, that a good friend can be found in every corner of the world and in every color, and that education doesn't only come from school. They live history. They learn that to survive means to adapt, that the door that closes one chapter of their life opens up to a new and exciting adventure full of new friends and new experiences. This is the story of two girls who both have parents in the military. They have already faced more hardships and challenges than most adults ever will. People know the story of the soldier, but do they know about the family they left behind?

Lila Daniels has spent all of her life living under the protective wings of her three older brothers, Charlie, Lucas and Tucker or in the gymnastics gym training. None of which resulted in much of a social life. All of that changes though the summer before Lila's junior year of high school when her dad gets a new job in a different state. Being forced to transplant her life to the small town of Romeo without her brothers or gymnastics means Lila is on her own for the first time in her life. How is she supposed to start over from scratch and make new friends now?! The thought of having to meet all new people for someone who likes to fly under the radar is hard enough, but to do it at age sixteen? That feels impossible. As fate would have it, Lila meets Payton Johnson on her first day at RHS who introduces her to Rachel, Kelly and Claire. The five become fast friends. The girls make it their mission to break Lila from her shyness and make Romeo feel like home. Oh, and they also recruit her to join their cheer team which isn't something Lila ever thought she'd feel confident enough to do. Then there's Tyler Johnson. He's the senior football captain, star quarterback and most popular guy in school who happens to also be Payton's older brother. Lila doesn't want to catch feelings for her new besties brother, but quickly realizes you can't really control who you crush on. It's not like Tyler would ever go for her anyways, when he's got so many other girls begging for his attention....or would he? If you're looking for a coming of age love story with strong female friendships, comic relief, overly protective brothers, self discovery, silly small town traditions and a slow burn....then look no further! #1 in "Cheerleader" August 2022 #1 in "Journal" November 2022 #1 in "First Kiss" May 2022 #1 in "Small Towns" May 2022 #8 in " Teen Fiction" June 2022 #2 in "Football" August 2022 #2 in "chick lit" August 2022 #1 in "Teen Romance" September 2022

COVER IS BY KAY_OFFICIAL ON INSTAGRAM THIS IS NOT MY ART This is an AU where Velvet and Veneer have actual talent. They start off as just kids that like singing. Slowly, they become the most famous singers in all of Mount Rageous. They're also not teenagers in the later chapters. I'll say when. This one is kind of graphic. There's a lot more angst in this. Also, Veneer and Velvet's parents aren't dead like in my other fanfic. Veneer is the more likable twin of the two. He was bullied by a small group of kids though. They were just always jealous that the teachers liked him. He was always the "teachers pet." Veneer never disrespected the teachers. He just never liked being mean for no reason. Was pretty shy as a kid. Now that he's older, he's got some sass, due to his sister. He loves cooking and gardening with his mother. His father doesn't love him that much because he's more "girly" than most guys. Velvet, the less likable twin. She has quite a few friends. Of course, she brings Veneer along with her. She doesn't want her brother to be alone. She would never let anyone hurt her brother. She was a horrible singer until she started getting classes. She's a spoiled brat but loving to her brother. She absolutely hates her mother. She was always the pretty twin. She was a model ever since she was young. Kid Ritz was more of a loner. He never had any true friends. He had one that did awful things to him when he was younger and vulnerable. He loved playing the Cello. He also loves talking to others, not for very long though usually. He's never really had anyone to help him when he struggled in school. No one to cry on or rely on. He's also always loved reading. He just goes to a whole other world whenever he reads. That's the only he can really escape from all the negativity around him. Also, this will have mentions of SH, abuse, bullying, sexual things, groping, underage drinking, sexual abuse, neglect, substance abuse, and heavy drinking.

Rose had everything a girl could wish for, she had a loving mom, and best friends who were always by her side and one thing she loved the most is horses. But it all came crashing down when her mom got in a car accident on her way to see her ride. *1 month later* She moves in with her dad who she hasn't seen in 10 years since he left when she was 7 years old and she's hated him ever since. When she gets there she wants nothing to do with him. Still hurting from her mom's accident and thinking it was her fault her mom ended up dying and now to go on top of that she has to live with the dad that abandoned her all those years ago. She also lost interest in riding horses, too until she meets the three most snobby, rich kids named Madison, Bonnie, and Lucy, who think they are better than everyone when it comes to riding horses, but Rose sure doesn't think she is. Rose thinks she can beat them, so Rose challenges her and tells her that she can beat her, so they make a deal, but the one think Rose didn't think of was that she stopped ridding because of her mom's accident and that means she has to get back on a horse. At first she doesn't think she can until a beautiful grayish white mustang comes to her dad's farm, who Rose names later as Stardust. Rose finally realizes that she can do this alone, she's going to need help from her father to help her get back on and also have help from the new cute boy, Austin who's helping for his community service. At first he doesn't want to be there, but eventually finds a reason to stay. Rose has had a good life up until the day of the accident, but now she's got to face loss, and heartbreak, but she's got to learn to get back in the race. This story holds romance, family, trust, understanding the past, and conquering your fears. *Read to find out more, I know it may sound boring from the description, but it's really not. I hope you try to read it and see that it's really good, and touching sorta. So just try to love it.*

14 parts Complete

*Based on my superhero alter-ego and concept that I have created as a child and that I believed in* In that moment in the nature was born a flower. Actually, five different flowers. It wouldn't be a big deal on its own if that weren't Pink Tulip, Red Carnation, Yellow Dandelion, White Hyacinth and me, Blue Rose, superheroes that must defeat five enemies who want to subdue or destroy humankind because of various reasons. Still, is sometimes harder to defeat yourself than someone else? Could superhero also be the biggest villain when his powers lose control? And how is possible to balance a team that has persons with opposite attitudes, can we all together fight on the same side even when our opinions collide? It's time for the most complex superhero story I've written till now, if you are ready enter my superhero world from the childhood transfered to a present time and be a keeper of my "Team Blume" secret ;)
