Lightning Strike

Jay Thompson is 17. She has been on the run since she was 11 and she learned to pick pocket. She can take care of herself. But they caught her and she is now in a foster home. She is 5'3 but has more power than even she knows about. But when a twist of fate lands her on a TV studio she has to learn about her own power and to let her gaurd down to the one person who can help her.
