The Quilt Agreement.... The stitches of a broken heart. Whoever said that love is easy was delusional. Love is not easy. It is hard, complex, and something that you have to work for. You do not get it handed to you on a silver platter. No amount of money can buy it. That is why, when it comes around, you do everything in your power to make sure you never let it go. I wish I knew that when it was my turn around. But of course, me being me, I let it go. This is my story of how I got it, let it go, and got it back again. Cover by @clarkethevirus

*Sequel to Linger* His arms wrapped around my back, holding me close and I never wanted him to let go. He said he couldn't fix this mess but little did he know that just the touch of his lips on mine made all of my troublesome thoughts fade away. He kissed me so gently as if being so careful not to ruin this delicate moment between us. And it was in this moment I realized only he could make me feel this way. And no matter how hard I tried to stay away or put up my guard, I would always find myself drawn back to him. To the way he made me feel -- like it was all going to be okay. To the way he cared for me and held me like I meant everything to him. And I couldn't resist. He was my remedy and my weakness all at once. All Rights Reserved.
