Jack (16) is forced into Therapy after he was found self-harming for being bullied at school just because he came out as gay. Alex (17) is in the same situation. What the two don't know is that their therapists actually met and figured it would be best for the two to cope together about their experiences through letters to each other, but what happens when these letter turn into something more and the boys want finally meet one another.
