Birgitta Dobrev went into the ground in a small village called Pennsylvania of South Gloucestershire, England. Ten years later, a woman mysteriously wakes up from a coma in the country of Anosova. She doesn't remember anything about herself and insists that she is Birgitta Dobrev. Doctors and police assure her that this is not the case, but she's sure that it's the truth. If it isn't, then why does she know everything about Ms. Dobrev, including things that not even her family knew? And then there's that startling fact that she was buried alive ten years ago in Motherwell, Scotland. As shocking facts come to light about these two women, who just might be the same person afterall, someone takes it upon themselves to finish what they started and put Birgitta back into the ground- dead this time.
