Many writers usually do not write about a foster childs life, this is a great start.
My name is Vanessa and let me tell you, I am the most sarcastic person you could ever meet. I love basketball, and animals. Mainly puppies, because they're cute. I live in the country, most people say I'm a "hick" because I say things like "over yonder" and "I reckon". I'm nothing like my parents, they're from the city. I'm a foster child by the way. I was put into foster care when I was 11 years old, from then on I kissed my live away. I'm the sweetest person you could ever meet, but the worst enemy you could ever have. 
 I go to school at HighPoint Ridge and let me tell you it's such a blast, once again almost everything that comes out of my mouth is sarcasm.  So, feel free to follow me in my journey of foster care and the real world. Remind yourself, not always is family everything.
