We both had normal lives and I couldn't believe that when we had met, that out lives would turn out this way in the Crawlspace. Both Tess and I met in the sixth grade having a similar back stories; we were both put in an orphanage and it was simple. You couldn't separate Tess and and I until the fault. We all got shoved into an underground Crawlspace and our lives changed because there was no more playtime there was no more school so Tess and I were forced to separate. The government decided to put us in a state of tests. Mental tests. Every year two people from the Crawlspace were chosen to be part of the mental games and if you screwed up.
