Once Again
"It's human nature. It's instinct to survive, no matter the cost." The world has fallen into desolation. The apocalypse has already started and finished, leaving some of the surviving ones with strange powers and mysterious scars. The world has ended, according to some, and is now in a state of rebirth. Others say it hasn't ended yet and that it's only going to get worse. The remaining people have grouped together in packs and gangs, raiding the desolate cities and avoiding the ones called the Destroyers, who capture and torture the remaining survivors. No one is safe. One fifteen year old boy knows this better than anyone. He and his older sister lived together, sticking to the dark alleys of their abandoned city, and survived for years after the apocalypse, until the Destroyers came and took her away, reigning terror on the few who remained in the city. The boy, desperate to find someone to help him save his sister, leaves the city and finds one of the youngest cooperative packs in North America, called the Raiders, comprised of unwanted individuals with the strange powers left from the destruction of years past. Their leader, a destructive insomniac, promises to help him in return for the skills and usefulness this young boy seems to possess, but something disrupting sends waves of unease through the Raiders, something about a forgotten past and talk of a mutiny. "Maybe there's more to life than just surviving." ... Rated C for Caution. Though it's rated mature, there is no bad language or vivid descriptions of sexual contact. It does have very strong themes. Not Your Ordinary Alien Story
Aliens have been here before... one was left behind. Eighteen-year- old Zoe must find him and she doesn't have much time. Along with the alien, a beacon was left on Earth which when activated, opens a portal through which the aliens will return. The extraterrestrials visit Earth to usurp Qi, Earth's vital energy. If the extraterrestrials go too long without Qi, people on the alien planet will die. However, when Qi is extracted from Earth, the weak and elderly of Earth will die. The beacon can only be activated by the alien who was left here and only when the planets are in a particular alignment. The next time is only two months away during the Autumnal Equinox. When Zoe discovers who the alien is, it's a complete game changer because the alien is closer to her than she ever could have imagined. The story takes place in a small town surrounded by forest near the Oregon-California border. Of course it does, after all, the highest concentration of Qi is found in forests where ancient redwoods grow. You might be wondering, what is Qi? In Japan it is called "ki," and in India, "prana"." The ancient Egyptians referred to it as "ka," and the ancient Greeks as "pneuma." In Africa, it's known as "ashe" and in Hawaii as "mana." Qi, Prana, Ki, call it what you will, this energy is the life force itself.Complete

Hybrid: The Awakening
Nobody expects something supernatural to happen to them. Those kind of things only happened in comics. Fairy Tales. Unrealistic dreams that you'd fall asleep to, silently wishing for them to come true. At least, that was what these three teenagers thought. It turns out that there is so much more to their simple universe than they ever could have imagined. After each finding a strange alien artifact, the teens are suddenly thrusted into an intergalactic war. Alien species everywhere are trying to hunt down the most powerful weapons in the galaxy. And they are the ones in possession of it. When they run into a girl that claims to be from another planet, the three kids learn about the power given to them and the responsibilities that come along with it. Instantly, they are the most popular people in the galaxy. And for once, popularity couldn't feel more like a curse. Fighting grudges, fear, and distrust, the Chosen humans must travel to the one place on Earth where they might be safe. And with strange new powers, the teenagers struggle to live in the unfamiliar world they thought they knew so well.Complete

Do you believe the government watches you through your phone, your TV? Do you believe the government manipulates society unbeknownst to them? Do you believe people fall off the face of the earth to become the next experiment? Do you believe those people gain extraordinary abilities but are kept for the government's gain? Do you believe they take the smartest people away to utilize their immense knowledge? How about keeping secrets of otherworldly beings? Do you think they have them imprisoned as well? The answer to all of these questions is, most likely. But one can only discover these answers if they find themselves locked in the very place that holds these secrets. In the very place that is speculated but never spoken of. The very place with all of the control, all of the darkest realities hidden from you to remain in ignorant bliss. In the Facility. The New Generation
"Our entire lives led us to this moment, only for us to lose in the end. We aren't a team, a family, we never were. We are just a bunch of puzzle pieces that were forced together but don't really fit." When it was all said and done, they all agreed, they were never meant to win. They watched as the world around them burned, a world they fought so hard to protect. In the distance, a tall figure stood with pride watching his chaos morph into victory, there was nothing left for him to do but watch his enemies perish in the flames. . . ---------- It's the fight they have all waited for their entire lives. The New Generation is ready to defend their family, their friends, and their world from Itri who will all but destroy it if he gets the chance. They know their parent's stories were the start of a battle, but they are here to win the war, as one, as a team. They are meant to work together to defeat their enemy. Ten people united by the most unlikely circumstances, five daughters whose futures are predetermined, and only one chance to make things right. It won't be easy, they must make allies, face new enemies, rely on one another and try not to die in the process, but when new truths come to light, a divide is placed between them as their trust for each other falls apart. Friends become enemies, one team becomes two sides and their enemy only gets stronger in the process. Once upon a time, they thought they can do anything together, but how do you change a future that has already been seen? How can you rely on someone you no longer trust? How will you save an entire universe if you can't even save yourself?
