Aria is sixteen and a victim. A victim of fire. When her house is burned down killing her whole family except her one brother she shattered. Lost in life and with so much guilt on her shoulders because of blaming herself for their death she tries to find the confidence for her little brother. She gets fostered with her brother. New school. New family. No friends.
She gets bullied. How can a burnt girl even fit into this perfect world created by the media, how can she ever live up to that? She wants to commit suicide but then she meets a boy. Follow Aria on her journey of tears, hope and maybe happiness.
This is the story of Aria James.

"I like that I can read this in a child like voice for the beginning and that it's descriptive yet secretive." "I have so many things to say, but I'll start with, this was amazing. It will walk through when I was a child and found out I was getting a sister to when I got older and understood why she never came into this world. Through this story you will see how this one thing had such an impact on my life and made me the person I am today. This one moment is what got me into writing. Smile, Aria
2012 was the year of the accident. Aria Nakahara and her older brother Katsu went out together that day to travel and enjoy themselves. However, once they were returning...a tragedy occurred. Katsu had not paid attention to the road, and the two got into an accident. The only one of the two that was injured; Aria. Aria gets beaten by a mad man, an alcoholic mother and a hateful step- sister. One day however, Katsu returns from London to see his family. Without knowing that his Father is dead, nor the fact that Aria has no feelings. . .he reaches the shrine. Can Katsu return Aria's feelings, or will she stay forever trapped in the dark pit? In a sick sort of way, she loved it-reminiscing about Leo, literally drowning in the memories of him. And it isn't long till Riley does drown herself among those gray memories, shutting and shunning the world forever, in a place too far to reach. She is already so gone, that every one of her friends and family are very close to giving up, and on each tick of the clock Riley is close to letting go. Will a curious stranger's words save her, or will Riley try to save herself? *If you read the summary, and decided that it is some sort of typical clichè , I'd like to tell you that this is NOT a cliche 'damsel-in-distress-saved-by-a-knight-in-shining-armour' story at all. When Skies Align
She scowls. He smiles. She glowers. He laughs. She's cold. He's open. She hides with hate. He hides with jokes. Polar opposites. That doesn't stop them from loving each other. People say that some stars shine brighter than others. Leo Caldas knew that quote by heart. Being in a family of nine was hard. And he was the youngest. You would think, "Wow, the youngest? Lucky!" No. NOT lucky. Leo hated being the youngest. Not only was he bullied by his older siblings, he was shoved around like the middle child. His parents forgot he existed. They looked at him like, "Oh. He's still here." The worst part? They were divorced. Which meant he was always tossed around back and forth to each guardian, just waiting to be loved! His other siblings- might he add were ALWAYS given attention- had found their home. Some of his siblings stayed with his mother. And the rest stayed with his father. Both permanent. And Leo? He appreciates the concern. He went from place to place. He just couldn't find his home. What did he do to cope? He smiled. Instead of moping and sulking and doing what everyone else would have done, Leo Caldas smiled through it. It was all he knew how to do. "Pain is the best teacher". Jade Skai hated that quote with all her heart. Partly, because it was true. Pain was the best teacher. Fear coming in halfway. What was worse? When pain decided to side with fear and work together. She had felt both. Multiple times. And the feeling sucked. Jade was not your normal happy sunshiny girl. No. She was cold, having a snappy tongue and a heartless nature. That was her father's fault. Her mother had died when Jade was born. And it tore her father apart. He now sat at home. Drinking alcohol anytime she saw him. To add to the trauma, her father also beat her. Almost every night. For years since she turned ten. She was a very troubled girl. It wasn't her fault.

"Fuck." He whispers into my neck, sending a thrill of excitement through my body. His lips still smothered kisses over my neck and his hands roamed my body, starting at my chest, going down to my stomach. Caressing my soft skin, his thumb trailed circles on my groin before slightly slipping into the waistband of my jeans. My breath catches in my throat as I pull at the hoodie that covered his chiselled body. Understanding, Jacob pulls it off in one swift movement before attaching his lips back on my neck. Sucking and biting it before flicking his tongue over the sore spot. A quiet moan leaves my mouth and I clasp my hand over it, denying any noise to escape.
