This is an SVU story that takes place in Chicago and crosses over with characters from Chicago PD and Chicago Fire. The timeline is around Season 16 of SVU. Benson is trying to find a serial rapist of first responders when Sergeant Voight calls her from Chicago with a lead. SVU forms a task force with Chicago PD to catch the rapist and Olivia is forced to deal with someone from her past.
