Meet Heather Daniels... She's the nerdy type of girl who never gets talked to unless the other trouble makers at school need her to do their homework. She only talks to her family and teachers. 
   During the summer in-between Sophomore and Senior year, she takes a trip to Los Angeles with her gorgeous cousin Katie, her siblings Axel and Jules, and Axel's close friends Luke and Matt. 
  There, Heather finds the out going side in her. She changes her appearance and her personality. The gang meets Andie and Seth, and their lives change. Heather and Seth fall for each other, while Katie and Luke find themselves racing to win eachother's heart, Axel discovers feelings for Andie, and Matt realizes that he has undying love for his bestfriend's sister.
  When they return back to their homes, Heather us the apple of her peers' eyes. They respect her and fall to her feet, though she doesn't want the attention or the fame. 
  Will Heather decided that life as a nerd is better than being popular? Will she realize that being the  Popular Queen isn't the biggest thing in life, or will she decide to act like the Popular Queen should?

"Oh," he said, as my back hit the wooden wall. Damn it, of course. With nowhere to go, his arms locked me in between him and the wall. He stared down at me as he said, "So you're trying to piss me off?" His lips were surprisingly close to mine. No guy would ever be this close to me in real life, let alone me being able to handle it; I would've been so timid and afraid. But this was the dream world. I could speak and be as brave as I wanted to. "Yeah, I am," I said. "What are you gonna do about it?" He paused as his eyes looked between the two of mine. Then, he smirked and swiftly closed the gap between our lips. ~~ In a small town in New York, Hazel is your average quiet type. In a school full of clichés, she falls perfectly under the category of "nerd" and has her own little nerdy group of people she loves to hang around. They respect the fact that she's non-verbal. The thing that plagued her, surprisingly, is not her inability and refusal to speak, but her ability to go through anybody and everybody's dreams. This is not something she can control, nor something that's necessarily dangerous. It just happens. One second she's in darkness, the next second she happens to be in someone's dream. Desirah soon learns that boys have more nicknames for her than 4 eyes nerd or Lil Cooper. When word gets back to her about a nickname they labeled her as in the locker room and she goes to her brother Drew on the meaning she feels even more of an embarrassment to her family. But when Bucky starts to have thoughts about her he's never had before he decides to keep what they have his dirty little secret but when feelings get involved and she decides to walk away Bucky must decide if his feelings for her are worth more than his pride.
