Ali was the girl not a lot of people wanted to know, but always wanted to be. They wanted her friends, her hair,her personality and she knew it.
She also knew that she was a strong werewolf, but unlike others she chose to walk alone. Something she didn't know about herself is that she was a hybrid, and a doppelganger of a woman named Patrica Lombardy who's prized possession was her dagger that could kill any werewolf, especially a un-famous species, a Sapphire.
Darcy, an original Sapphire wants and needs that dagger so that no one will kill her and her pack. Since Ali is the next in line to carry the dagger she is the only one who can activate it and she might be in more danger than she thought and since Darcy knows of Ali's secret she will stop at nothing to kill her.
