Prince Calum is oblivious to any danger he's in despite many grave omens that land right at his feet. He has absolutely no time to think about his safety as he is trying to fulfill his royal obligations. She is hired to keep him safe at all costs for however long there is a threat. He is simply an obstacle she must pass before she is considered an official agent. He is her ticket to all that she's been working towards for the past 7 years. He is just an assignment. A job that needs to be done. A job that takes longer than she suspects when they uncover that the threat is not as petty as anyone thought it was.
