Noelle, commonly known as "Noe"  who hasn't ever done drugs, because of the fear instilled in her when her cousin died of an overdose.  Noe experiences her first high, and wants more!  She drops her concerned friends, spending more and more time with "Fizzy", her drugs and the compainions they bring.  As she falls deeper and deepr into her addiction, Noe starts losing everything, until she's left with nothing at all.  Will she overcome this addiction?  Or will she really, "Fall off the wall"?
