Two best friends, River and Hope, move from there home town of Las Vegas, Nevada all the way to San Clemente, California. After Rivers parents got into a car crash when she was about 3 or 4, Hope's parents have raised her. River knows they're not sisters but that's what they call each other. And even though Hope is a year younger than River, they still act like there the same age. Hope's a little bit more mature and River is more chaotic, so in the end there about the same. River has had a few boyfriends before, 7 to be exact. And on the other hand Hope may not have had as many as River but they were way longer and they actually looked cute together. She dated one guy DJ I think 5 times. He says he loves her but then leaves and goes to another girl and then tries to come back and say "I never stopped loving you!" and all that crap. Well now that River and Hope are moving he can't bother Hope anymore and she can actually have a good time.
