I wrote this poem and submitted it for a poetry competition in January. I found out a couple weeks ago that they decided to pass on my submission. At first I was upset but I think I was more disappointed in my self I felt like I failed myself. I also felt weak. Then it hit me this was the first time in my life that I've ever seen something all the way through and that was a win in itself. I came up with a idea to write a silent short with this poem being narrated. I'm currently talking to a film production company but I haven't secured anything just yet. I still want to release this poem. It's a personal poem, my soul cried in this piece. I hope you enjoy, also I apologize for this long intro. Please leave comments I look forward to hearing feedback. If the production company doesn't want to move forward with this project I'll probably turn it into a story with a bunch of chapters, either way I'll create something worth your time. XOXO Da ArtGod. "But you said! you told me you love me!" I yelled at her tears streaming down my face. She looks at me and shrugs smiling, "I didn't mean it. I was just playing around. Wanted to know what it was like. And you know I love him." "You wrote it! 'If I love you was a promise would you break it if your honest' it was a promise! you can't break a promise!" I sob out clenching the end of my shirt tightly. "How old are you? Fucking 10? Promises are made to be broken. At least I'm being true to staying honest. Wake up y/n, this is reality. I'm not even gay! I was just curious." She says rolling her eyes. "So you chose me to play with? To hurt? You think my feelings aren't valid just because I'm a lesbian? So you play with my feelings! You're just a selfish bitch! I fucking hate you Billie!" I yell unable to control my emotions anymore. "Okay? Well if that was it, I'm leaving. Brandon's waiting for me in the car." She says with a laugh. I look up to met her ocean eyes filled with amusement and accomplishment. I look at her with disgust and walk away. Away from her, hopefully forever.Complete

𝚂𝚝𝚊𝚕𝚎 𝚆𝚘𝚛𝚍𝚜 is an ongoing book and collection of poems and sonnets made by me, inspired by my thoughts, dreams, and personal experiences. As someone who lives with depression and anxiety, a lot of my thoughts are bound to not be very pleasant. But hey, some of them are quite philosophical and positive. But that's rare. Join me on my journey through sadness, happiness, curiosity, mystery, and so much more. I was inspired to make a collection of my poems, and I decided to just do it. Album 1: "The Emotional Monster"
This story holds albums constructed by me. I'm currently finalizing all my poems in my story book, and publishing them here. I'm willing to publish all of them one day. I have been through a lot of heartbreak in my life. At only 14, I've erected well over 50 poems in only in interlude of only 2 months. From Mid- October to the last day of 2019. This time I was rejected. I was cheated on and dumped in middle school. I have 3 "Albums" of poetry so far. The first one I'm going to publish is called "The Emotional Monster". Album number 2 is "One day but not today", and the third one is "I promise there's someone who loves you, like me."Complete
It wasn't my fault
This is a novella I had to write for school and I would like some feed back. EXCERPT Pain is something I've become very accustomed to. Whether I like it or not. It sounds mental though, I know. My biggest fear is being alone, even though I already am. As I walk into the school I see them, my 'friends'. They're sitting in the quad all chatting to one another. I try to turn around before one sees me but I see one waving me over so I'm left with no choice but to go. "Hey guys" I greet them with a shaky voice. So if anyone has feedback for me or just wants to talk comment or message me anytime and I'll get back to you as soon an I can.
