The home planet of the Estrons, Julitin, is breaking down at a rapid pace. Once the internal core is destroyed mass amounts of radiation will be released into Julitin's atmosphere and all surrounding galaxies. In order to avoid this problem, the Democracy of Estrons and Other Extra Terrestrial Beings, a government based on numerical order and direct votes, launches a mission to see if life is sustainable on Earth. A group of Estrons have been selected to be the first to live on Earth. These select Estrons live in the dead bodies of humans. 137-8223 (Caleb) believes that Estrons are the superior race and goes along with the mission. But what happens whenever he meets 129-3927 (Natalie), a young Estron who believes in the diversity of humanity? Will 137-8223 go along with the original plan of a full-scale invasion, or will he learn to love the precious beauty of human life?
