"Everything you do just tears us apart! I wish I never had you for a daughter! You disgust me." Clara Hail was trying to piece her life back together from the day it all came crashing down. Her parents didn't have the best of relationships but it's not like she had one with them anyway. Clara was pushed to her breaking point in multiple ways until she finally snapped. She came tumbling down, but of course, what goes down must come up right? Or is it what goes up must come down... Whatever! Throughout this story, she has her own decisions to either make or break her. What will it be? Will she be able to keep herself in sync, or will she have to start back at square one?

But when he gets partnered with his childhood crush for a physics project, Bella, his perspective with his mother and himself changes. They challenge each other, impacting their own mindsets and decisions, feelings for each other kindling. When Bella learns the truth of her mother leaving and when she gets to the lowest point in her life, his faith in her strength leads her to believe there's a world that doesn't revolve around her. Bella forces Liam to discover his identity without his mother's life in his hands, uncovering a vulnerable side of him. And to think that their lives together started with a physics project.
