Silence. She looked up into his face to see an amused, yet triumphant expression. "What?" She asked, annoyed. He just looked at her. Then it hit her. There are still people I treasure in this place. So let me through or else..." She completed her statement by majestically drawing out her sword. So many secrets lay hidden. Injustice in the form of justice. Lies, fabricated to become truth. Deception roams around, unleashed. And a Naive girl, who had never seen the shadow that lurked around in the abyss. Will her Destiny be actualized, saving those which she held dear to her heart? Or will she be overwhelmed by the challenges of her new world, succumbing gradually underneath the waves, which seek to devour Her whole, perishing alongside her family?

Inside, the warmth of the hearths did little to comfort Narcissa Malfoy as she readied herself for bed. The manor, usually a fortress of calm and control, seemed unusually restless tonight. A sharp, unexpected knock echoed through the grand hallways, startling Narcissa. It was late, far too late for visitors. She hesitated, her heart pounding as she approached the front door. The knock came again, more insistent this time. She reached for her wand, clutching it tightly as she opened the heavy door. The icy wind whipped around her, but no one was in sight. Narcissa frowned, scanning the empty grounds. Just as she was about to close the door, a faint whimper caught her attention. She looked down and gasped. At her feet was a small basket, swaddled in heavy furs. Inside, a baby girl with striking white hair and vivid purple eyes peered up at her, innocent and curious. . . . . This story will be updated weekly (when I'm back to my normal schedule. For now, I can only update every 2 weeks). I hope you all like it! P.S. Haven't decided who will be her endgame, but we'll see how the story will eventually go. As of the moment, it could be Cedric Diggory, Tom Riddle (his ghost; still debating this), or maybe I'll make up a character in the future.

Nora's lived on the island all her life--catching food, doing experiments, keeping what she considers a safe distance away from the Wolf. Then he starts acting weird. Right in the middle of working on figuring out the problem, she falls asleep. Genex wakes up with barely any memory of anything from his 13 years of life. All he knows is that he's got a pet saber-tooth tiger named Fluffy, his mom is dead, and that he's got a girl named Nora in his head (when he's really not supposed to). He woke up to the Aregonian gods, Osires and Zios, telling him about training and his future and staying away from Pantheos, the Aregonian god of the underworld. But everything they tell him to do, Nora says the opposite. Everything they say, Nora hints that they're lying to him. Unsure of what to think, and with Nora continuously telling him to simply "look deeper" and "wait a little longer", Genex decides he needs to find the answer, and he needs to find the answer now. -> This story can also be found in To Be a Writer, but I wanted to publish it seperately as well. :)
