Kimiko is not like the other residents of Konoha, she possesses no ninjitsu and fails at any ninja abilities, however in it's place she possesses Elemental magic. 13 years have passed, and a new Hokage is now in place. Kimiko receives a letter from the Hokage saying she can come for the summer if she wishes to do so. Hesitantly she decides to go, but only for one reason. A friend who has remained true to her over the years. Will her friend accept her when she arrives, will the villagers accept her. Will she find friends, foes or maybe something more.
